Holger Karsten

Holger Karsten (Non-Executive) was born and lives in Germany. He was educated in economics and business administration at the Universities of Freiberg, Innsbruck and Amherst in the U.S. Holger Karsten developed most of his career as a management consultant with Arthur D. Little where he became chairman of the global automotive practice and managing director. He subsequently joined [endIntro] Merrill Lynch as managing director in charge of the automotive and transport practice in Europe. He has also held senior positions at A.T. Kearney and Accenture where he was partner responsible for the automotive supply industry. Holger Karsten now divides his time between consulting activities conducted through DHK Consulting, which he founded, and management coaching at Leadership Choices GmbH in Frankfurt where is he managing director. He is a non-executive director of Eckes AG and private companies.
